COMPLAINTS POLICY

At C S Simpkins Heating & Gas Services we take our customer service extremely seriously. We pride ourselves on the high standard of service that we provide and customer satisfaction is always at the forefront of what we do. However in the rare event that our customers are not 100% satisfied we want to do our upmost to change that. If a customer finds themselves in this unfortunate situation we can hopefully resolve the situation if they follow these simple steps: 

  • All customer complaints are to be addressed to Chris Simpkins - Sole Proprietor at our company trading address or if you prefer via our email address within seven days of the job completion date

  • All complaints are logged and aim to be resolved within fourteen days of the initial complaint
